Last Summer, we “cut the cable“.
We got rid of that $125+ a month cable bill and are relying on our Apple TV with our Netflix account and NOW our Hulu Plus account to keep us up to date on our favorite shows.
Netflix keeps us happy with movies and past TV shows…but Hulu Plus keeps us happy with the current episodes of our favorite TV shows and some movies. ALSO, they have cable networks on Hulu Plus as well! Comedy Central, MTV, ABC Family and MORE with select shows!
How does this help me? Well, back in the day of cable in our home, we also had a DVR (or Tivo). Even though Hulu Plus doesn’t record, it still has recent episodes of our favorite shows that we can watch when WE want to watch them! (or have time to!)
