It really doesn’t matter how many lists I make, how many reminders I throw up on my smartphone, I always…ALWAYS forget things. But one thing I try very, VERY hard NOT to forget is to throw my Xyboard in my purse when I run out the door.
I love to be able to just grab onto the Xyboard when I am out and about and access really any website, any app, any song, pretty much ANYTHING that I choose.
This past week when I was sifting through recipes online, I found a couple that I wanted to try out. I am just so sick of the same ol’, same ol’. Same beef roast, same tacos, same spaghetti…same dinner rotation. It’s time for something new.
Anyway, we live outside of town, so going into town is a bit of a chore so we try to get all of our errands done in one trip. My son, Jackson, goes to school in Green Bay, so we have to take him to and from school everyday. I arrived to pick him up from school early, so I sat in the car and wanted to take a look at the list I made for the groceries I needed for the recipe of the yummy Chicken Enchiladas I found online. Oh wait. That’s right… I FORGOT to make a list of what I needed. Great. Super.
But…AH HA! I didn’t forget the Xyboard! There it was, in my purse and ready to save dinner! I turned it on and searched for the website, using Verizon’s 4G LTE service and found the recipe for those Chicken Enchiladas that I fell in love with. It was already for me to check out the ingredients and purchase what I need for dinner.
Now, I know I could just use my smartphone to bring up the recipe, but come on! Bringing up the recipe on a little screen is just not the same. Plus reading a recipe and ingredients off of a tablet is much easier to read.
After I picked up Jackson from school, we headed over to the grocery store and picked up everything I needed to make dinner. Thanks to my Motorola Xyboard and Verizon’s 4G LTE Service, I was able to SAVE DINNER! My WHOLE family was extremely thankful, too! I mean, wow! Look at that yummy goodness! All thanks to the Xyboard!
